Ebrahim “Abe” Ayub Abe is a senior consultant and has over 10 years experience in the revenue management and collection field with Talgentra. With a background in information technology, Abe is well placed to advise clients on the effective use of IT in the collections process. He has advised clients on collection strategies in a variety of sectors, including utilities, telecommunications and the public sector as well as lending institutions.  

Murray Bailey Murray has been a Risk Director for Citibank, Household International and GE Capital and has had a career in consumer credit quality spanning 20 years. He has consulted at and trained staff at most of the banks in the UK in scoring issues, fraud prevention and collections. Murray is Managing Director at Windsor and is a regular conference speaker and author. He has acted as the editor of Credit Risk International, edited books and written a book on statistics in consumer credit. 

Jake Betts Jake is a consultant at Windsor Consulting. He joined in 1998 and has developed scoring and strategy decision systems. Before qualifying in C++ and VB programming, Jake initially trained as an electrical engineer before joining Brents, working in project management and contracting at Southern Water. Jake is a core part of the training team at Windsor Consulting and has developed many of the modules used for the business simulations. 

Keith Binley Keith has a Mathematical and statistical degree and worked for GE Capital and Capital One before becoming a consultant. Keith has developed models and strategies in the risk management, fraud prevention and collections areas for personal loans, sales finance, store cards and credit cards. Keith owns his own consultancy, Prodant and is an associate consultant of Windsor Consulting. 

Wendy Carpenter Wendy Carpenter is currently a Compliance Manager for Ventura, a leading UK outsourcer, whose remit includes the prevention and detection of potential fraud within the company. Although from a Risk Management background she has been involved in the area of fraud prevention and detection since 1988. Having also been both Fraud Investigator and Manager of fraud areas from an operational and strategic viewpoint.

Jane Crossley Jane began her career at Marks and Spencer Money in 1985, initially in the operational areas and then in Credit Risk. After a couple of years at Littlewoods, Jane joined Jaywing in 2001, now the largest independent analytical consultancy company in the UK, where she specialises in credit risk and fraud prevention. 

Bayan Dekker Bayan is the Analytics Director of PIC Solutions. He has over 15 years experience in IT and credit risk management in the retail and financial services industries and has held senior posts at The Foschini Group and Woolworths Financial Services. In his previous positions he has enjoyed the responsibility for credit product development and credit risk management, and has extensive experience with account management and processing systems. He holds a B. Accounting (University of Stellenbosch) and a Diploma in Datametrics (UNISA).

Francois Grobler Francois Grobler is a Consultant at PIC Solutions. He has over 8 years of credit and risk management experience in the financial services industry.  He previously worked at ABSA Bank, TransUnion ITC and African Bank as Economist, Analytical Services Manager and Senior Credit Analyst respectively. He holds a B.Com (Hons) degree in Economics as well as a B.Com (Hons) degree in Investment Management from Rand Afrikaans University (RAU). In addition he holds various qualifications in Econometrics and Mathematical Economics. 

Jon Hickman Jon is Account Director at Talgentra and pioneered the use of IT in collections during the 1980s. Jon initially worked with Debenhams, before joining the Talgentra business to spearhead the development of the first Tallyman solution. After spells with both London Bridge and Target, he rejoined Talgentra in 2001 to lead the deployment of the company’s latest release of Tallyman, based around a new customer revenue management architecture.

Mike Hill Mike has over 12 years credit and risk management experience within the financial services industry and is a consultant with PIC Solutions. He was previously with Nedcor Bank, AA Financial Services and ABSA Bank. He has an MBA from the Business School Netherlands and holds Diplomas in Project Management from the University of Stellenbosch and X-Pert Academy and is a member of the South African Institute of Credit Management.  

Jaco van Jaarsveldt Jaco van Jaarsveldt is a senior consultant at PIC Solutions and has over 9 years experience in banking and risk management at PIC Solutions, ABSA Bank, TransUnion ITC and Edcon. He has extensive experience with the implementation and maximisation of TRIAD account management strategies, credit bureau products, application, behaviour and attrition scoring as well as propensity to spend profiling. Jaco has extensive experience in presenting Credit Risk Best Practices at seminars in the EMEA region. He holds a B. Com Honours degree in Econometrics from Rand Afrikaans University (RAU) and is a member of the SA Institute of Credit Management.  

Allen Jost Dr. Allen Jost joined ID Analytics in April 2003 as the company's Chief Technology Officer. Previously he spent 13 years with HNC Software Inc. (now Fair Isaac), where he led the development of all of HNC's fraud detection systems. Before that, Dr. Jost worked in credit policy and risk management for Commercial Credit Finance Company and at Citibank. In May 2000, Dr. Jost was selected as one of the "Top 100 IT Leaders in the United States" by Computerworld magazine. He is the author of a chapter on "Data Mining" in the book titled Handbook of Credit Scoring and is an Adjunct Professor in the Economic Crime Management Graduate Program at Utica College, Utica, New York.

Darin Kent Darin Kent is a consultant at PIC Solutions and has over 12 years of credit and risk analyst experience in the financial services industry. He has extensive experience in building account level application and behaviour scorecards. Darin is fully conversant with Crystal Reports, SQL, SAS and the VisionPLUS account processing system. Previously with Citibank Plc, London, where he was involved in the management of multiple databases and the production of analytical reports for all departments of the bank. He holds an IMM Diploma in Marketing Management and a Diploma in SAS programming.

Stephen J. Leonard Stephen is Managing Director of PIC Solutions and has over 15 years of risk management experience in the banking and consulting industries at Chase Manhattan Bank and Fair, Isaac International. He holds an AS (State University of New York), BA (University of Toronto), MBA (Adelphi University - School of Banking, New York) and is a member of the UK and SA Institutes of Credit Management and the Marketing Federation of Southern Africa. 

Graham Lund Graham Lund has worked in the credit and banking industry all of his career. He is currently Product Development Director at Callcredit, the UK’s 3rd credit reference agency. Before this he worked in Consultancy and Product Design roles for Experian, and has also worked at Lloyds Bank, where he worked in the Credit and Risk areas. 

Michael Middlemiss Michael has spent all his working life in the Banking industry, and currently works as Manager - Credit Risk for Sainsbury's Bank, part of the Bank of Scotland. He has a BA(Hons) in Financial Services from Napier University; is a Chartered Banker; and Member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers in Scotland" 

Malcolm Sinclair Malcolm is the Manager Group Mortgage Asset Quality for the Derbyshire Building Society, with over 20 years experience gained within sales, administration and compliance disciplines within the residential lending industry. Malcolm’s role combines the responsibility for the coordination and development residential lending policy with associated risk strategies, as well as mortgage regulatory compliance, scorecard development and project management for retail credit risk affected by the revised Basel Accord.

Simon Trupp Simon Trupp is a senior consultant at PIC Solutions and has over 9 years of risk management experience in scoring model development, portfolio analysis and management techniques within the financial services industry. He provided strategic consulting at Egg and project managed the internal scorecard development software not utilised by HSBC Bank. Previously Simon worked for Fair Isaac International and HSBC Asset Finance. He holds a B.Eng (Hons) from Sheffield University.
