This two-day course programme has been designed to cover the core aspects of credit risk management. It covers each area of the Credit Cycle as well as the tools used to improve control. You will hear about credit scoring and behavioural scoring as well as experiences and have the opportunity to ask questions about the issues that concern you.

Game

The course is structured with lecture modules and a business game. The game is Stratagem played by teams running a credit operation and using scorecards, collections and behavioural scoring strategies. This provides the delegates with a fun environment to put things into practice whilst interacting with people from other companies.

 

Who should attend?

This course has been designed to appeal to people new to Credit Risk either as analysts or management on the fringes of Credit Risk who need to understand this vital element of the business. This is as suitable for Sales and Marketing people as it is for Risk, Finance and Audit people.

 

Dipoma

This course doubles as Unit 1 of the Diploma in Consumer Credit Risk Management. For details of the other 4 units click on the link to the left. To pass this unit, candidates must sit and pass a case study exam paper.
